Everyone is a runner at the Social Run Club

TC Coaching teamed up with Mental Health Awareness Club UK back in 2021 as close friends, Tom and Tommy, saw so many people in around Hampshire running on their own.

COVID was tough for many reasons but one of the biggest things we are trying to fight against is the the fear of running in a group.

We run, essentially from our favourite coffee shops, breweries and eateries in Surrey and Hampshire and invite everyone along for the ride. The pace is relaxed, social and strongly encouraged to be conversational pace. It is totally free and open to all individuals of all abilities.

We are forever encouraging movement in larger groups in the beautiful countryside to promote physical and mental health.
